Q.How often can I have a service?

Q.Do I need to be home, when a cleaner services my home the day of cleaning?

No, but it is important you arrange a meeting to discuss your needs Prior to the service starting. Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. Regardless of your schedule, you are certain to receive superior housekeeping service - guaranteed!

You will also need to arrange access to your home.

Upon completion of cleaning, your premises will be secured. All lights will be turned off, windows and doors will be closed and locked and alarms will be set.

Q. Is the person coming into my home screened for suitability?

Our Recruitment process includes face-to-face interviews, background check, work history and identification checks as well as reference checking, and police checks. All written references are contacted.

This is a very timely process which consists of a selection of criteria

Q. What will it cost to have my home cleaned?


What we do is come around and leave you with a formal copy of the quotation.
We have 3 different packages for you to choose from.
We come around to work out a package that will suit you and your needs.
We don’t charge by the hour as we believe in doing a proper clean unlike Other companies rip you off as they charge by the hour.
We believe that one hour just isn’t good enough for a job well done.

Q. How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?

By cash or cheque at the end of each service.

Q. Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?

No- If you prefer to use your cleaning equipment, Such as your mop for hygiene reasons, by all means we will use your preferred choice of equipment.

Q. Is a long-term contract required for service?

No-Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required.

When you schedule weekly or bi-weekly or monthly cleaning service with us, we will schedule your cleaning on the same day of the week each time. (Exceptions: holidays or if you need to reschedule your regular cleaning time)

Q. Are you insured?

House cleaning is a very personal service. You need someone you can trust in your home.

Q. What locations do you service?

We provide cleaning services for All Sydney Suburbs, Central Gosford and surrounding areas.

Q. What should I expect on my first appointment?

We will arrive at your home fully uniformed, and a professionally marked company vehicle, equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get thoroughly cleaned. Subsequent appointments will move along faster.
We always recommend an extensive clean for the first appointment, then a basic or custom clean for appointments after that.

Q. Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We'll move your visit to another, more convenient time reservation.

Q. How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?

We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.

1. You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning.
2. You may give us a key.
3. You can give us the code to the garage.
4. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.

Q. What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.

Q. Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?

Yes- You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home. You will have either one Cleaner or a team of two or three cleaners for each cleaning. Depending on how big the job is.

Q. Do you provide assistance for parties?

Yes- We provide before/after clean ups

Q. Do you offer house cleaning gift certificates?
Yes- You can purchase a cleaning gift certificate for just about any occasion.

What to do before the house cleaners arrive:

The best way to prepare for your cleaners is to straighten up as much as possible. That way the cleaners can focus their efforts on cleaning up dust and grime, and not putting things in their places, unless this is the type of services is wanted."It's best if people pick up or straighten up their items," like toys and clothes.

On our first visit:

we will do an initial clean because these cleanings are generally tougher and take far longer than a routine, or "maintenance" cleaning, there is an additional fee for the first home cleaning. After the initial visit we will work with you to create a regular maintenance clean, that is convenient to your schedule.
